What we do

AER is the independent verification layer for title and escrow agencies. We review reconciliation work that has already been performed and turn it into documentation that holds up to an underwriter review, a state examination, or an audit.

We work read only. We do not move money, we do not approve disbursements, and we do not write to anyone's ledger. That separation is the reason the documentation is worth anything.
